Exchange and Return Policy:
Ace Essential Cards are returnable if your are not satisfied with the product, within 3 days from date of delivery. You can contact us on below mentioned email id or contact number to process your return.

Ace Precedent Cards are not returnable due to customization on product, rest we're always ready to help you 24x7 if you're facing any problem related to product.
As soon as we receive card back in case of refund, we intiate refund and it take usually 1-3 business days to reflect in your account.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, as long as the cards have not yet been processed for printing. However, please note that due to the personalized nature of the cards, cancellations are not possible once they have been sent for printing. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Shipping Policy:
As soon as you successfully place order, within 48 hrs we dispatch your Ace Card, Standard delivery time line is 4-5 days.
